About the Presentation:

The majority of us in society today have spent years over-exposing ourselves to stress. Our stress response was not built to be used as it is today. It was built for temporary, occasional use due to threats to our survival; famine, predators, plagues. Today we perpetually activate our stress response on a daily, hourly, if not minute-to-minute basis with stresses of all kinds, causing the stress response system (your adrenal glands) to wear down. Once that occurs not only will you see symptoms in people that stem directly from the adrenal hormone imbalance, but also will begin to see a subsequent breakdown in other parts of the body’s physiologic machinery: immune weakness, digestive weakness, reproductive hormone imbalance, and thyroid dysfunction.

The approach to all of these symptoms and conditions must begin with assessment and support of the stress response itself, the Adrenal Dysfunction. Treat this system and it’s like releasing the parking brake in a car you’re trying to push. Once the body is out of a chronic perpetual stress response and the adrenals are supported in the correct way the rest of the machinery kicks into gear.

About Dr. Neville:

Dr. Neville obtained his Naturopathic Medicine degree at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, and then worked as a resident with Dr. Gerald Poesnecker in Quakertown, before taking over.

He worked side-by-side Dr. P in the treatment of patients with a wide variety of conditions, yet many with the same major underlying cause: Adrenal Dysfunction. Upon the death of Dr. P in 2003, he took over at Clymer Healing Center, dedicating his life to helping patients with these frustrating symptoms and conditions and to improving the understanding and education of all who’ll listen to the eventual, subtle ravages of stress in its many forms. He has since treated thousands of patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and other stress-related disorders.

He is a proud member and strong supporter of WAPF and PPNF and constantly works to educate his patients and the public about one of the major stressors on our society today – an inadequate, toxic, nutritionally-depleted food supply, promoted and propagandized by the economically driven machine of big business.

Dr. Neville came to work at Clymer Healing Center, initially under the tutelage of Dr. Gerald Poesnecker, quite purposefully. As someone whose “adaptive ability” was strained through everyday, relatively typical stress he developed symptoms of a weakening of this system in his teens and 20s.
