Our local chapter of THE WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION™ disseminates the research of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston A. Price, whose studies of isolated, non-industrialized peoples established the parameters of human health and determined the optimum characteristics of human diets.

Our Food & Farm Directory

The Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation (wapf-lv) publishes a directory of farms for folks interested in accessing nutrient dense, healthfully produced foods. While we have attempted to elicit information from the farmers about their agricultural methods, we have not used any criteria to screen them nor have we evaluated them. We recommend that consumers visit the farms and establish their own relationships and evaluations. We would appreciate hearing from you about your experiences with any of the farms you visit. Please let us know of any farms or other sources of locally produced foods that have been omitted. Your comments can help us improve future editions of this directory. Comments can be sent to the address below.

The latest electronic edition of this directory is available free of charge by e-mail. Please send your request to wapf-lv@wapf.org. Alternatively, a paper copy may be obtained by sending a 9 x 12” self-addressed envelope with 2 stamps and a suggested contribution of $4 to defray printing costs to:
