Dr. Saini will present his research and product developed in collaboration with gastroenterologist Dr. Amrit Narula in their effort to win the war on gluten and its devastating damage to human health. Dr. Von Kiel will discuss the value of their work.
In addition, Dr VK will talk briefly about the relationship of Vitamins A and D to our gut health and the importance of abstaining from sunscreens lest we impede the body’s ability to make and absorb the natural Vitamin D produced by normal sun exposure.

Doors open at 6:30! Come and check out a variety of local farmers and producers that may bring grass-fed, organic, and/or biodynamic products for sampling or sale. Attendees can check out the produce tables before and after the presentation (bring your coolers!). Books & videos will also be available.
The presentation will begin about 7pm.
These quarterly meetings are free. However donations are greatly needed and appreciated as contributions are our major source of funding.
Meeting Location and Parking
United Steelworkers Hall, is officially at 53 East Lehigh St (a one block long street; GPS might send you off to West Lehigh Street), Bethlehem, but the entrance and event parking is around the back of the building. You enter its big parking lot from Center St at the equivalent of 316 Center St (gps can find this), just north of the New Street/Fahy Bridge, around the curve to the east.
