About the Presentation
This presentation is all about keeping our mental acuity, which is top on the list for most of us! Even those of us who are young might notice signs of memory gaps, foggy thinking, depression, obsessive thinking – changes that can certainly affect our daily productivity. Dr Lindrooth will take us on a mini “tour” of the brain, highlighting where problems often arise and how to support better brain function. Whether one is young or old, there are steps we can take to keep our brain healthy, and even restore better function than before.
